     The design of this product applies 2 pieces (or more) of single tube filtering device and ball valve connecting in serial to accommodate a full set of industrial water circulation treating device for filtering the reflow into a compact space, which simplifies the operation and saves manpower. This filter system can continuously filter industry related water over 1500 l/minute, which greatly increases wastewater treating efficiency, and for filtering the impurities at mesh clearance higher than mesh number of 450 (0.025mm).

       Appropriate handling of the impurity discharging valve under the filter according to the need for treating the industrial water during a typical normal operation can be performed to purge deposited impurities in the filter. Such can reduce the chance of mesh clogging, save the count of cleaning and reduce the cost of time and manpower.

       The unique advantage of this device is that when one or more filters are clogged or the filtering efficiency is poor, the backup mesh can be easily replaced for that specific portion during the operation. Normal operation can be resumed without the need to interrupt or stop the device intentionally for cleaning the mesh, which helps with the timing control of production.
